Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Its Oddly Useful, operated by Pragee Technologies LLP (GSTIN 06ABIFP0980D1ZC), A303, Tulip Ivory, Sector 70, Gurugram, Haryana, 122101.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once payment is received.
• For "pay later" orders we hold the items for a limited time and send a payment link. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the hold expires.
• We may cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment. The MRP and the discount shown are calculated from the actual selling price.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A tax invoice is issued for every paid order.

Liability

Products should be used as described. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For complaints, contact our grievance officer.
