Returns & refunds

The 30-day "Actually Useful" guarantee

If a product doesn't earn its place, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Write to sajal@promptick.ai with your order number and a line about what went wrong.

How returns work

• Items should be unused (or gently tried) and in their original packaging.
• We'll confirm the return and arrange a pickup where our couriers serve your PIN code, or share the address to send it to.
• Once we receive and check the item, we issue the refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the credit.
• Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

You can cancel any unpaid order by contacting us. Paid orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
